Experience the calming power of chanting meditation with Ali Sharpe. A guided group chanting session designed to reduce stress, quiet the mind, and restore balance accompanied by crystal and Himalayan bowls.

On Saturday 23rd May, SHINYL returns to cafe-bar Hogar Del Mar for another amazing all-day vinyl-only session! How in its third year, Shinyl this week is presented by Paul Housden with very special guests Tony Levene, Daryl Gibson, Dave Cooney, Phil Stevens, Rama Cathan and Stuart Hutson :)
